The 4th day of the Stylist Program completes the Infinite Client Journey, covering everything from the backwash to the moment the client leaves, so every visit ends with a great result, a rebooking and the right products going home.

This is where loyalty is won. You’ll learn how to turn the cleanse into a moment clients look forward to, share your expertise as you work so they can recreate the look at home, and recommend products naturally, with every product in front of them and a clear reason for each one.

The day then follows the client to reception and beyond: rebooking, referrals, after photos, complete records and a follow-up email that keeps you front of mind until their next visit.

You’ll discover how to:

• Create a relaxing cleansing experience that starts the product conversation.
• Advise throughout the service on the life cycle of their cut or colour.
• Share styling tips so clients can recreate the look at home.
• Recommend products with confidence using What, Why and How.
• Rebook every client and encourage them to recommend a friend.
• Keep records and follow-ups that make every future visit more personal.
